POSITION TITLE: Grants & Evaluation Advisor (Full-Time/Education Division)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will identify, coordinate, and assist in the writing of grant funding opportunities, as well as scientific evaluations, for cardiovascular disease education programs developed by the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation (MHIF). In addition, this position will facilitate relationships and work collaboratively with MHIF investigators and community health program staff associated with these programs. The Grants and Evaluation Advisor is expected to serve in a variety of roles, depending on the project design, project team, and/or community program.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in public health, health services research, epidemiology or related field required or a minimum of two years of grant writing, program evaluation and project coordination/management experience.
