At the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation our goal is to get out into the community to increase personal awareness of risk factors and provide the tools necessary to assist individuals in their pursuit of heart-healthy lifestyles.

We have a large number of presentations available that can be delivered in worksite or community settings and can adapt the presentation as needed to ensure we are meeting the needs of the target audience.
