Title: GAC Registry: Genetic Arrhythmia Center Registry

Study Synopsis: The Minneapolis Heart Institute Genetic Arrhythmia Registry has been established to enhance our understanding of the natural history and clinical presentation of genetic arrhythmias. The primary objective of this registry is to collect data on the diagnosis, treatment and outcomes generated by standard clinical care provided to patients. This registry will be used for abstracts, publications and/or presentations in order to disseminate the knowledge that we gather through this database.
The medical records for all subjects enrolled will be reviewed, and subjects will be called on the phone at 12 months to gather follow-up information.
How do I qualify? You may qualify if you have a family history of arrhythmias.
