Title: TAG - Evaluation of the GORE Conformable TAG® Thoracic Endoprosthesis for Treatment of Acute Complicated Type B Aortic Dissection

Study Synopsis: The purpose of the study is to see how well the Conformable TAG® Thoracic Endoprosthesis device works to repair thoracic aortic dissections. Up to 200 participants will be enrolled in up to 50 centers around the country. Patient will be followed during their procedure and routine clinic visits.
How do I qualify? Patients may qualify if they have a thoracic aorta dissection that meets the study guidelines.
