Kiirsten Conzemius serves as an annual giving officer at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, where she engages the community with opportunities to support innovative cardiovascular research and education to improve patient care in Minnesota and beyond. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and operations, she is passionate about crafting meaningful messaging, building engaging events and deepening connections with MHIF’s generous donor community.

Prior to joining MHIF, Kiirsten was director of annual giving at the Blake School and a development officer at Children’s Minnesota. She earned her degree in political science from Hamline University. Kiirsten lives in the western suburbs with her family and is actively involved in volunteering at her kids’ school.
