Joseph Karam

Joseph Karam, MD is a vascular and endovascular surgeon at Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute.

Dr. Karam grew up in Lebanon and attended the American University of Beirut School of Medicine. He and his wife moved to the US where they pursued their medical training. Dr. Karam completed his general surgery training at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and vascular surgery fellowship at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

His professional interests in vascular surgery include cerebrovascular disease, aneurysms and dissections, peripheral arterial disease, hemodialysis access, venous disease and thoracic outlet syndrome.
