Joy Hayes

Joy Hayes is a population health specialist with more than 30 years of experience as a dietitian and diabetes educator, helping people of all ages and diverse backgrounds prevent and manage heart disease and diabetes. She has a special interest in women’s heart health and the connection between body, heart and mind. Ms. Hayes was honored as the 2015 Diabetes Educator of the Year by the Diabetes Care and Education Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation.
