Richard Meyer is president of the Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation (ANWF), a role he has held since 2007. Previously, he served as vice president of organizational advancement for Minnesota Masonic Homes and as director of development at Children’s Theatre Company.
As a member of the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation board of directors, Richard is passionate about the mission to eliminate heart and vascular disease and views it as a noble and worthy cause. He has seen firsthand the impact MHIF has had on the quality of cardiac care in the community, region and nation, and considers MHIF a strong and reliable partner for ANWF.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
